Super Duplex Steel Tube Fittings are generally fabricated from alloys such as UNS S32750 or S32760 that have around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3-4% molybdenum, and traces of nitrogen. They offer superior mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of around 800-900 MPa, yield strength of around 550 MPa, and higher impact toughness. Physically, they possess a density of 7.8 g/cm³ and are stable in performance over temperatures between -50°C to 300°C. Their duplex microstructure ensures superior corrosion resistance, specifically against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
